1. How does it work?
   1. You send people to www.terra-cotta-pendants.com/?trk=Your Affiliate Number
   2. They order Terra Cotta Pendants or Terra cotta Diffuser Bracelets
   3. When payment is received, we send you an email to let you know the total and your commission of 15%.
   4. Commission checks are cut and mailed at the end of the month when it reaches 15.00 or more unless you have instructed us to keep your commission on file to apply as a credit towards a future personal order.

    

2. Really, How does it work?
   1. How you can send people to our site:
      1. With one of our banners placed on your site, (the code for the banners is always available in the affiliate section of our website)
      2. With your personal recommendation (including your special link) to your clientele through an e-mail
      3. By customizing and distributing the affiliate brochure available at the affiliate section of our website
      4. By including your introduction/recommendation to your clientele in your newsletter, using your special link
   2. How we know they came from your recommendation/site
      1. The affiliate number in your link continues to follow them from page to page into the order form,
      2. When they phone to order Diffuser Bracelets, we will ask them how they found us.
      3. If they bookmark our site and return later to order, they will still have the affiliate number with them,
      4. Our customer file will show that you are their affiliate and you will receive a commission on all future orders as well
      5. In all cases, when they order, we ask them how they found us. This is why you should make your recommendation memorable.
      6. If you like, you can send us an e-mail and let us know that person X may be ordering on your recommendation

       

3. What commission rate do I earn?
   1. You earn 15% of the total amount the customer pays for Terra Cotta Pendants. (This does not include shipping or tax)

    

4. Can I be an affiliate if I don't have a website?
   1. Yes you can! use tips 2A II, III and IV
   2. See question 5 for more ideas.

    

5. How do I send people to Terra Cotta Pendants if I don't have a website?
   1. You can bring our brochure to a print shop and make copies to hand out at events, sales shows and to enclose with your orders,
   2. You can tell them  about Terra Cotta Pendants - show them yours!
   3. You can add it to your email signature file.

    

6. How do I know when someone has ordered through my link/recommendation?
   1. Once the order has been confirmed, paid for and shipped, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the order placed and your commission.

    

7. Can I approach a large retail store?
   1. Absolutely!

    

8. Can I apply my commission towards my personal order for Terra Cotta Pendants?
   1. Sure! First come through your Affiliate link. You may want to clear your cookies once you become an Affiliate to be sure your number shows instead of the one where you first found our site. Then simply place your order on line and either call with your credit card info, or send us an email if you have your credit card info on file OR send an email saying you would like to pay online with PayPal and we will send you an invoice from PayPal which will reflect the discounted price of your order!

    

9. On what do I earn commission?
   1. You earn commission on orders that come through your link.
   2. You earn commission on all subsequent orders placed by that customer unless they themselves become an affiliate. The Affiliate commission is paid to the person who owns the Affiliate link through which the order is placed.
   3. Beginning with your second order, you earn commission on your personal orders which come through your link. You may also apply your earned commissions to your orders.
   4. You earn commission on the Pendants only. (not on shipping or tax)
