We've given this a lot of thought and come up with a way that benefits you with no risk and no money
out of pocket by creating full-color, glossy order cards! Here's how it works:
- Call us up at 1 (888) 345-4744 (ask for Lori), or email us. Tell us how many you think you can sell, and we will send you the gear – not physical basketball pendants; we’ll send order cards. That way you don’t have to pay up front.
- Give them to the team (along with an inspiring speech and high goal) and the team sells them to parents, grandparents, and neighbors; get one for yourself, or for your date, just about anyone. You can even put them in the school store and get it on the morning announcements. If you run out of cards, keep taking names and addresses, they still count.
- Collect all of the cards and collect payment up front. Make sure you get all the cards back, even if they are blank.
- Order the pendants from us. Tell us how many you sold - we’ll ship them to you for $5 each plus sales tax (if applicable).
- Deliver them. Shipping cost savings make this fundraiser possible. You can also offer in-school pickup as a delivery option.
- Your team spends the rest of the new money. That’s it.
These cards are all you need to start your campaign and we'll give them to you at no charge!
Revenue generating options:
- Sell Terra Cotta Pendants to friends,family and other school supporters; taking orders and delivering the product you order to fill these orders!
- Market them at your games to fans, parents, fellow-students.
Generate good energy and active participation in your campaign by introducing something new and exciting for participants and sponsors!
Fundraising Rules for Success:
- Don’t write it off. Fundraisers that do not happen generally raise very little money, if any.
- Set a high goal. Make sure everyone on your team knows the goal and the progress.
- Enthusiasm is contagious! Find a way to make it fun, and be aggressive about it. Coaches and team captains are some of the most motivating people alive. Give them what it takes to win!
- Put pride on the line. Maybe the starting lineup has to sell 10, maybe whoever sells the least is water boy/girl for the next couple practices. It’s up to you - you’re running this show.
- Don’t stop till you get enough. Keep raising the bar, push harder, make it huge and it will be.
